Mailfolder_v2 dataset doesn't exist? #311

Mailfolder_v2 dataset doesn't seem to exist. I only have Mailfolder_v0 dataset as an option when creating MGDC app in azure. Please help. Thank you! p.s. did a V1 ever exist?
