OneDriveSyncErrors_v0 incorrect documentation

Describe the bug
Real-world error codes (SyncErrorId) don't match what is in the official documentation for OneDriveSyncErrors_v0 dataset.

For example, there is

• 34 = Shorten the path and try again.
  • which is completely missing from the documentation
• 72 = Open the OneDrive activity center and click the error to resolve the issue.
  • where documentation states "We couldn't merge the changes in an Office file."

There will probably be a lot more.

1. export onedrive sync health + errors reports and match the results with the documentation

Real-world error IDs match what is stated in the documentation
