Customization Tab Bar

This is a small idea to give more flexibility and customization to the browser and for the end user to decide where he wants to position the tab bar, up, down, right, left, etc.

Some things to keep in mind:

• The tabbar is the titlebar (unless CSD is disabled)
• Would tabs on the right also give you buttons on the top/ bottom?
• Moving the tabbar to the bottom is trivial (if we ignore CSD)
