[ISSUE] Improve golang automatic packaging updater script #5
Description
The Issue
The package updater does not automatically retrieve maintenance updates for previous major versions of go.
Previous versions can be supported up to n-2 so should be kept up to date.
The next release of golang is 1.14.5 alongside a minor update 1.13.13 issuing security fixes. Slated to happen on the 14th of July so the deadline for this issue to be fixed should be the 13th of July (GMT)
