Doesn't wprk if I put receiver' code into py file

If I use rpi-rf_receiver ... everything is ok and I can see received signal, but if I put the code from scripts/rpi-rf_receive into my own file to add some events if the code has specific value, then nothing happens. I push my remote button and rpi-rf doesn't see this signal
