Fix new ruff violations: switch ActionType to StrEnum (UP042), use rsplit with maxsplit=1 in schema display helper (PLC0207), hoist top-level-eligible imports in zip_dataset and quality_checks_hooks (PLC0415). Tag the lazy kedro imports in parallel_runner with noqa: PLC0415 to preserve the spawn-mode worker import order.
