There are two long running (I have used them both in the past) Mingw64 distributions that in my opinion should be there.
The first is the one from Equation.com that is used for heavy numerical work (mostly linear algebra calculations). It runs for 18+ years.

The second is from a Microsoft employee Stephan T. Lavave, that is running 21 years already.
