Cannot enter the settings of Meetup Extension
Error
In order to use the encryption class requires that you set an encryption key in your config file.

I have setup an 32 character long encryption key in the config.php file, yet, am getting the above error.
$config['encryption_key'] = "S97h7340R3094b9iWoJ2qTiOo9Q59TPg";

Is that in the EE config file?

Yes, i set up the encryption key in the EE config file.

I am not able to view the settings of the Meetup Extension in the EE Control Panel.

I also did add the config setting to the config.php file which resides in the meetup directory.
Doesn't help!
