How to build Telescope reference GTFs for non-ERV?

Hi,

Thanks for developing this useful tool. I have a question about using Telescope with TE classes other than ERVs and L1s.

I noticed that the annotation GTFs provided in the GitHub repository only include ERV and L1 annotations, and telebuilder also seems to support only these two repeat classes. I am therefore wondering whether Telescope was mainly designed for ERVs and L1s.

If I want to quantify other repeat classes, for example Alu elements, how should I generate a suitable reference GTF for Telescope? Is there a recommended workflow or guideline for building such annotations for non-ERV/non-L1 repeats?
