est_rf_hmm_sequential error

Hello,

I am running mappoly to develop a linkage map in autotetraploid alfalfa population. In ordering and phasing step, I'm getting this error:

Error in max(w) : invalid 'type' (list) of argument
Calls: est_rf_hmm_sequential -> get_LOD
Execution halted

First 319 markers run fine, and in the middle of the analysis I got this error.
I am using the following version:

MAPpoly Package [Version 0.3.3 2023-01-05 20:10:02 UTC]

Can you please tell what is wrong and how to fix it?
