Question about inheritance.

Hi.
This is the most feature-rich SVG solution on WinRT as far as I searched.

I wonder it never inherits the properties of 'fill' and 'stroke',
although should do according to the specification
and some actual images suppose this like the SVG tiger.
Could you tell me?
