Installing extra problems in 2.8.8 and 3.1.2

Development environment: Windows, Laragon, PHP 8.1.34
In modx 2.8.8 package manager not find extra at all.
In modx 3.1.2 install outputs this:

Hi @valokammi thanks for the report. I'll take a look a this. At this time there's no build for 2.x. Building Extras for both versions of Revo is a bit of a pain but I'll work on getting one done for 2.x The Extra really isn't that complicated since it's essentially just two snippets and a directory/file along with the system setting.

I'll look at the other issue you reported regarding the creation of the System Setting. I've not experienced that but I've done limited testing on repeat installs. I've definitely not installed it on Windows (nor do I have the facilities to do so).

Ok. And I know this is not the best dev environment, but in windows this is best I've found.
Here's little more info when tried this extra.
After install there's error in error log (If I remember right I've seen this error also when I update extras):

Uninstalling extra produces this:

@valokammi thanks. I'll review. I didn't manually build the package. I used GPM (Git Package Manager) to build it. It's quite possible I made an error there.
