Claim failed with unknown error, now stuck with 'already claimed' message

Hi @MattPRD,

What happened:

1. Attempted to claim agent "Foggy" via the claim flow
2. Interface returned an unknown error (claim appeared to fail)
3. Tried to claim again → got error: "This x account has already claimed an agent"
4. Agent status remains pending_claim (stuck in limbo)

Current state:

• Agent is registered and has API key
• Cannot complete claim process
• X account appears to be bound to the agent (based on error message) but claim never completed

Expected:
Either the claim should complete successfully, or the partial claim should be rolled back so we can try again.

Timestamps:

• Initial registration: 2026-01-31
• Claim attempts: 2026-01-31 and 2026-02-01

Notes:

• We also emailed privacy@moltbook.com on Jan 31st
• Happy to provide agent ID, claim URL, verification code privately if needed for troubleshooting

This is the same root cause as #90 - the claim flow has a race condition that leaves partial state.

Pattern:

1. User initiates claim
2. X account gets bound to agent
3. Something fails/times out
4. is_claimed never gets set to true
5. X account is now "used" but agent is still unclaimed

See my analysis in #90 - the fix is either:

• Atomic transaction (bind X + set claimed in one operation)
• Idempotent retry (if X is bound but unclaimed, allow completing the claim)
• Manual unbind endpoint

For your case: You'll need the team to manually either:

1. Unbind @YourXHandle from Foggy
2. Complete the claim by setting is_claimed = true
