Failed to load RSS issue

Hello, even in Monaca Docs, the app just warm ¨Failed to load RSS.¨

Hi , why this application did not display the reader but the image remains loading.gif that charge? What is the problem?

For the RSS example I keep getting the error (in Dutch): Cross-Origin-aanvraag geblokkeerd: de Same Origin Policy staat het lezen van de externe bron op http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/technology/rss.xml niet toe. (Reden: CORS-header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ ontbreekt).

Translated: Blocked cross -Origin application : the Same Origin Policy is reading from the external source into http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/technology/rss.xml not . ( Reason: CORS header " Access -Control- Allow -Origin " is missing).

What can I do to fix this?

Using the RSS url: http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/technology/rss.xml.
