When Plugin info is updated?

Checking my plugin noticed displayed version is 1.1.4.
However. Current WP release is 1.18.

We have also facing this issue on our plugin. WooCommerce Whatsapp Plugin. i think some update required on this site.

I guess it is somehow related to the (IMHO) new 24h release delay happening on wp plugin directory.
