WarpGrep failing on every use

Every time my agent attempts to use local warpgrep it returns the message Search failed: search returned no error details.. Log inspector in the morph dashboard shows these requests as successful but no results are being returned to the agent. GPT 5.4 claims this may be because the use of searchTerm in index.ts instead of query for these warpgrep calls but idk.
