Built and run admin-ui but user interface with no options

I have built and run admin-ui without errors,

To be able to log into admin-ui, I have been redirected via oidc to the login screen of keycloak, where I had an user created previously to access.

After typing the credentials, I have been able to login into the admin-ui.

But it seems the user interface is still a work in progress and does not provide with any actionable options.

Please the picture below :

Is there a newer version ? Or did I do something wrong ?
