Add localization support

Any plans to make this localizable?

We have login.persona.org localized to dozens of languages. Once we start redirecting persona.org to www.persona.org (#17), many people will be surprised to see that the page is no longer available in their language.

Yes, however this site is simply static HTML, so we would need to generate out all the different languages, and get apache configured to serve the files based on Accept-Language header...

According to http://personatra.in/ we should have a new train cut this week. Can we add l10n support for the frontpage in time? Now that this is the homepage of the project, it's very important that it's localized and localizers are already asking questions "why is it not available in French?".

@gene1wood if I set it up to output the html files into folders like "en",
"fr", etc, can we use Apache MultiViews or similar to match the
accept-language?

The splash site (persona.org) is currently served from our rootzone servers (which exist to workaround the fact that you can't host root zone sites (e.g. https://persona.org/ https://browserid.org/ ) on CNAMEd ELBs with Dynect.

The apache config controlling that is here

If you want to add the multiview functionality to that config and test it out I'm happy to use it
