Create rules for using the Arduino Kits. 
#### Rules

Here's the list of what we have so far, please take note that this is not the final list.
- The use of the Arduino Kits will only be allowed at the MozSpaceMNL
- Signed waiver
- Each team is allowed to use the Arduino Kits for 4 hours???
- if they break something, they need to buy a replacement.
- Projects should be open source
