Dashboard grid should show offline hosts first

When you have many hosts, or at least enough to warrant scrolling, it would be nicer if you could tell at a glance what is offline immediately.

Currently if the very last host (the dashboard follows inventory order) is offline, and you have 3 hosts per line, you will never see it until you scroll.

Considering making this a filtering feature, with checkboxes to show combinations of items.
Sometimes I would like to hide unsupported hosts, or show only offline hosts.

After implementing inventory sort in both CLI and UI, I'm fencing on this, because it would ultimately mean Dashboard gets its own sort feature, and I kind of would like to be able to configure a default sort for it.

It feels less urgent than inventory did.

Pushing this back beyond 3.0.0, as it's really not urgent in any meaningful way, given the ample sorting available in other views of the information.
