Web GUI cannot set a custom timezone

Seems that the browser's local timezone is used (without inspecting code)

I would like a way to set to use my timezone by default, or manually select one from a dropdown list ala google:

Even just manually setting the offset from UTC would be ok too as an MVP.

I'm wondering how complicated this might get, we don't want to confuse the user if it uses their local time automatically but we also have a timezone picker.
If we do, is this too fancy or would it do?

Was thinking about a simple dropdown next to the start and end fields which would list all available timezones and default to the user's local timezone.
