Does PyPiRet accept unpaired illumina data ?

Hello I am just starting to experiment with the PyPiRet tools (at CDC).
Does the pipeline work with single ended/unpaired illumina data ?

Thanks for trying out PyPiReT.
Right now, it doesn't work with single ended/unpaired illumina data. However, I do plan to implement that in near future. I can probably do it by the end of next week.

Also, please let me know how did the test go, the project is still in development, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Great to hear that you will be supporting non-paired reads as well.
I tired to install using the INSTALL.sh and currently it fails at HISAT installation.
I was installing on a CentOS ver 7.0 Linux machine
