Can't get it to launch.

I'm stuck on step 2. "Run MegaManX4Recomp.exe. A launcher window opens."

A launcher window does not open.

Similar projects, like Tomba and Mega Man X6, do launch properly and execute their respective games on my system.

Hello! Thanks for reporting. I find it odd that X4 decided to not launch while other recomps work.

I have released a few new revisions since the initial 0.0.1. Can you try those out and see if it makes any difference? I am making use of a new UI frontend; which may help alleviate the issues
