Duplicate Boss doors in Widescreen

This one is tricky. Megaman X isn't the only game to do this. When the perspective is widened, multiple doors exist. I think it's to handle some of the fixed aspect ratios in the games. The current implementation still has some nominal visual oddities during transitions, but it does eliminate the eyesore of the double doors.

Give 1.3.8 a try and let me know what you think.

Looks good for Chill Penguin's stage, I'll test the other stages now.

Fixed this on Spark Mandrill and also Flame Mammoth. I think this time it's a more generic fix, but it doesn't guarantee all doors are fixed yet. If you see others, let me know here. Thanks!

So far, Sigma stage 1's boss door to Vile is good. But there's a bigger issue for the Vile fight that I'll put in a separate issue.

Unfortunately, the entrance to Rangda Bangda's boss room is duplicated...

...but only from the hallway. In the boss room itself, the door isn't duplicated.
