I went ahead and refactored MSU support into our mod system. On the next release of SMW and AlttP, MSU-1 will be moved to the Mods dir. For the next Megaman X release, it'll be there as well. Keep an eye out for next release. Need to make a few more bugfixes before I cut it. No exact ETA, but should be soon.
