Make a loading screen when fetching content from server

Explain the Task

While the data is being fetch from the server after an api call, A little loading screen would be nice to have.

Android already has a prebuilt one that should work

it looks like.

You can easily find it in the GUI editor

Also this task should include a splash screen as well

Currently there is not enough content to make use of a loading screen this task will be set to not started for the continuation of the feature
