Implement python.extension_module()

I'm trying to build pycairo using muon and I got this error :

Perhaps, some meson.build format unsupported. Any clue to fix it ? Thanks.

Yes, python.extension_module() needs to be implemented. The meson version is here: https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/blob/50f3e06f4b79d651ff7cc36867cac89ed0302981/mesonbuild/modules/python.py#L153. It probably makes sense to wrap the existing python module in a script module so that this function can be implemented there. It is essentially just a fancy share_module() call.
