Description with steps to reproduce

On macOS, plugin disappears on a second monitor after dragging and releasing window

On Windows, plugin disappears on a second monitor after maximizing or double click

1. Add VST plugin
2. Drag it to 2nd monitor
3. Click Maximize button or double click

In MSS 4.6.5 there was no ability to maximize the plugin window

In which versions of MuseScore Studio is this issue present?

4.7.0 beta builds (4.7.0-260416045)

Regression

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
