Freeze when moving VST window to second monitor (some plugins, Windows 10)

Description with steps to reproduce

1. In Display settings, setup 1st display to 150% and 2nd display to 100% scaling
2. Select right side of plugin window and drag it to 2nd monitor

Occurs with Raum

Can't reproduce the freeze on Window11, but still has UI glitches when moving between monitors
