Multiple TargetFrameworks #10

Hi @mwdavis84
One concern, I want to use LrcCacheNet in my project, but I compile in multiple TargetFrameworks (Net framework :4.0 and 4.5 - Net Standard 1.6 and 2.0)
Do you think that is possible to add the targets to be compatible?
If you want I can send you a PR with the solution.
