In addition to #73, and incoherent differencing operation at the INS level might be able to efficiently probe for narrowband RFI. This probably requires very little plumbing, and can just be an auxiliary data_param for the SSINS object if it ends up being useful. It might even just be a 1-off that's done at the end of flagging. Some experimentation required.
