Rename Qt4_TangoLimaVideo.py to Qt4_TangoVideo.py

Hi @vrey01 and others,

Can we rename Qt4_TangoLimaVideo.py to Qt4_TangoVideo.py?
Now Qt4_TangoLimaVideo.py contains only Tango and Qt4_LimaVideo is with Lima. Both inherited from GenericVideoDevice.

I think Qt4_TangoLimaVideo.py means it works with the Lima Tango server ; it cannot run with any Tango server. So the name is still ok for me as it is. But I may be wrong?
