What are all major differences between online ghunt version and python/cli version ?

I tried to seach for phone in code and couldnt find many instance of it, so does this phone search feature not exist in open source version ? or am i missing something ? ( I didnt searched for other features specifically and thought to directly ask about all differences between both versions here )
