We have the goal of allowing users to spin up their own copy of the invest-compute server and underlying infrastructure so that they can use their own insitution's resources to pay for it. This is not convenient to test because we have to go through UIT to get a fresh GCP project, and it's not easy to fully wipe the slate clean on a GCP project and start from scratch. But we should make an effort to test it.
