Provide user with more info around the "create" option

namely, that the new note will be created within subject "X", and if they don't like it, they can... run "totes " with a different subject, to get the new note in a different directory.

I wonder if we should try to have some default text in the new note, for when we present it to the user? (or use the existing note as the basis)

We'd need to make sure that, if the user exited w/o saving, we didn't create a spurious note - not sure that's possible...
