Update README (support for lsphp84 and node22 is there)?

According to this commit and my own experimenting, lsphp84 and node22 are supported:

% docker run -d ghcr.io/ndigitals/openlitespeed:1.8.3-lsphp84-node22

currently runs PHP 8.4.7 and NodeJS 22.

Am I correct, or is this still a testing release? If not, shouldn't the README be updated?

So yes, though not with the latest fixes, I have a PR that was supposed to make version updates as well as fix/update the README but something about the released OLS 1.8.4 release broke being able to update the software versions.

I will see about making another attempt to figure out what is going on with OLS preventing the upgrades.
