Provide consistency in footer

We need to use consistent footers throughout CORAL modules. Suggest using the same as was recently added to Resources as shown in the attached screenshot. Each module should have the following syntax:

Copyright statement. [Name of module] Module version [whatever the current version is]
CORAL Project Website | GitHub Site

Once we have merged the repos, we should start working on factorizing things like the footer. At the end only 1 code for footer everywhere.
(Maybe we should start thinking of a template system for Coral. But that's another topic)
