How to see unsubcribed users using API

I am writing an automatic contact list management for my company which is a client of your company. I need to track unsubscribed users and bounced users from emails we have sent, so that we remove them from our lists to never add them again. Is there an API endpoint for this?

There are some roundabout ways to see reporting data which I wouldn't recommend, but I am interested in what your requirements are. We could add an endpoint for this to the API.

Would the following work for you:
Querying a specific list to return all unsubscribed contacts, paginated, for example /lists/{id}/contacts.json?filter=unsubscribed ?
