Sample with running headers & footers

Detailed documentation is missing as this is a work in progress and very recent.
Can you make a sample available showing how we can define running headers & footers?
Do you support different header on first page?

@nbsoftware You're right... it's still a lot WIP. I made you a quick JSfiddle to showcase & experiment with an early, un-released version of this library: https://jsfiddle.net/m3nt82gu/1/ (It's a basic example with running header & footer as well as the whole Bootstrap lib.

You'll be able to use running headers as documented in frappe-betterprint docs (NOT official Paginate.js docs): https://frappe-betterprint.gitbook.io/docs/features/dynamic-header-and-footer

Your use case will be possible, you'll be able to specify even different header heights on different pages as soon as page ranges are implemented (WIP).
