• It seems like the current system set up is depending on a license key for New Relic service.

Plan:

• Either get the key from member in Neontribe who is in charge or remove the dependency.
• Neontribe team will discuss with FutureGov team and choose one of the above option.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Dependency can be remove. (or)
• Key can be get from the person in charge.
