BMC editor not working when offline

Hey guys, I'd like to ask you for help in a problem that is not directly related to BMC itself.
My BMC WPA editor doesn't load when I'm offline. I've tried uninstalling and installing a couple of times, read some forums on the web, but nothing worked.
It's a bit annoying cause I use it a lot on Tiny desktop that doesn't have Wi-Fi, and I'm currently using it as a Guitar VST loader.

Hi, is it not connecting or not loading at all? I just ran some tests and looks like it's installing and as expected with chrome, if you can provide a screenshot that would be great.

Hi, when I'm offline, BMC shows me this message:

I've taken a look on chrome configs that could be blocking BMC from working offline, but I haven't found anything.
I'm using the latest version of Chrome, and the same thing happens on both computers I have at home.
