Latest update (Local cost in floating bar) should be default off

Proposed solution

People only want the % and reset time for quick glance (which is the use case for floating bar), if they want to see usage $ they would click in the tool bar. Maybe add it as an option in Settings under Show reset time inline (Show cost)

Perfect! Also another bug: If the usage reset in under 1 hour, it would show reset in 0 (instead of the minutes, like Reset in 40 minutes). If you can also fix that, would be great! Thank you
