allow a "system default" profile option

Allow a profile option that have the look we get when this extension is not enabled, that just overwrites/changes the settings that a user has specified and kept everything else system default

I simply wanted to move the OSD to the right with vertical orientation so volume OSD doesnt cover the subtitles in the videos and doesnt cover other important text in the center, but instead after enabling this extension it by default goes far beyond, that I dont want. Can we have such option?

Well, the settings can be adjusted to get a look similar to default one.
The way it is designed currently, it has to apply all the settings as chosen.

I get the point though and it is a valid one but not trivial with respect to how it is implemented.

A possible solution is to create a profile that matches with Gnome's default and then one can choose that profile, make whatever changes needed and save as new profile. No code change needed, only need to find appropriate settings corresponding to default Gnome.
I will look into it but may take some time due to other work.
