Add an option to enable background blur effect for the panel/bar.
Use Case
Background blur (similar to KDE Plasma's blur effect or macOS) improves readability and provides a modern aesthetic, especially with transparent panel backgrounds.
Suggested Implementation
- Add a toggle in settings to enable/disable blur
- Optional: blur intensity slider (0-100%)
- Consider using mutter's blur capabilities or similar compositor features
Additional Context
Many users prefer frosted glass / glassmorphism style panels. This would complement the existing transparency options.
