auto-scan button malfunctioning

Description

The auto-scan feature disable enable button is not working correctly. We can see the REST calls, but the UI is not showing the calls correctly. Attached are the screenshots and HAR file. I couldn't reproduce in my environment.

Couldn't get the logs as all the pods were showing notify error.

Finalized logic from @williamlin-suse

For getting configuration # On dashboard -> only verify auto_scan

On nodes -> enable_auto_scan_host if it's non-nil. otherwise use auto_scan
On containers -> enable_auto_scan_workload if it's non-nil. otherwise use auto_scan

For setting configuration # Turn on auto scan on dashboard -> {auto_scan: true} (same as the very original behavior)
Turn on auto scan on nodes -> {enable_auto_scan_host: true}
Turn on auto scan on containers -> {enable_auto_scan_workload: true}
Turn off auto scan on dashboard -> {auto_scan: false} (same as the very original behavior)
Turn off auto scan on nodes -> {enable_auto_scan_host: false}
Turn off auto scan on containers -> {enable_auto_scan_workload: false}
