Recognize was working fine, until earlier it started asking to download the machine learning models. When I run the occ command for the models it hangs indefinitely.
I'm on Recognize 4.3 and Nextcloud 27.0. Running on x86_64, 16GB RAM, Ubuntu 23.04
In the logs Recognize just repeats

When I try and reinstall Recognize from the Nextcloud Apps page it installs but this shows in the logs.
