CLI output: hidden logs by default, println + fansi

Make log output hidden by default. Show user-facing output via println (use fansi for colored output to keep output clean). Enable logger with --verbose. Silently skip unsupported files (do not count them). Show External: at the end of commands. At the end of check commands show how many files it added to, and after the add command show how many files it added to.
