Error in date formating

I entered this date by following acceptable formats given in the Dates and Formats of the User guide but it was not acceptable by the program

Thank you for raising this issue. There was a small confusion in our user guide.

The features section of the user guide mentions not to use slashes / and to use - instead. The example date format given in the later section is supposed to be removed. This can be categorized as a documentation bug as well. Since, this does not affect other features and happens only at rare cases, (the user would have read through the feature section first before reading the date format) we believe this is a low severity.
