no splat is visible in the Unity editor

followed all installs, no errors in Console.
When i import any .ply and assign to the Gaussian Splat Renderer, nothing shows up in the scene viewer nor in game mode.

Hello i was able to build on Quest3 but the rendering performance for the splat is very poor. I opened another thread because from your video it looks you are able to get better performance.
