Would it be possible to mark which Studio sites are created via MCP, and only clean them up on uninstallation.

Use case: I already have Studio installed, with some sites created. I install the Developer MCP server, and create some sites using AI. Then I decided to remove the MCP server, and run uninstall.sh script. It deletes all my local sites, not just the ones I created using AI.

I think it might be better to either a) only delete sites created via MCP or b) prompt the user if they want to delete those sites. In some cases they might want to keep those sites around.

Awesome point! I think if we go with both a and b - it will give maximum flexibility 👍

@jonathanbossenger I also handled one more case - if Studio is installed, then it explicitly communicates about the decision of keeping sites and that it's possible to continue using them via Studio.
